We are a small studio in Tbilisi, Georgia, working in English. Support is offered by email only — we have no telephone line.

What to include in a report

The more of this you can tell us, the faster we can help:

• Which app and which version — the version is on the app's page in the App Store or Google Play (under About this app), or in the app itself where it shows one.
• Your device and operating system version — for example, iPhone 14 on iOS 18.
• What you did, what you expected, and what happened instead.
• Whether it happens every time or only sometimes.
• A screenshot, if the problem is something you can see.

Fuzzzy Ink

Fuzzzy Ink encrypts and decrypts on your device. It has no account and no server, so there is nothing for us to look up on your behalf and no way for us to recover a message.

If something will not decrypt, the usual causes are a mistyped passphrase, a file that was altered in transit by the app you sent it through, or a copy that was truncated. Try sending the file again as an attachment rather than as inline text.

Fuzzzy Music

Fuzzzy Music plays audio files that are already on your device. If it cannot see your music, check that you granted it permission to read audio files, in your device's settings for the app.

Reporting a security problem

If you believe you have found a security vulnerability, write to contact@fuzzzycore.com with the words SECURITY REPORT in the subject line. Please give us a reasonable chance to fix it before you publish the details.
