Who these terms are between

These terms are an agreement between you and Fuzzy Core LLC, a company registered in Georgia and operating from Tbilisi. They apply to this website and to the mobile and desktop applications we publish, including Fuzzzy Ink and Fuzzzy Music.

By installing or using one of our applications, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the application.

What we grant you

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use our applications on devices you own or control, for your own lawful purposes.

Where an application is distributed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, the store's own terms also apply to your download and to any purchase made through it.

What you may not do

• Use an application to break the law, or to help someone else break it.
• Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble an application, except to the extent that applicable law expressly permits it despite this restriction.
• Remove or obscure any notice of ownership, authorship or licence.
• Resell, rent, sublicense or redistribute an application as your own.
• Interfere with the security or integrity of an application, this website, or any system they connect to.

Your content is yours

You keep every right you already had in the files, messages, music and other material you use with our applications. We do not claim ownership of it, and we do not acquire a licence to it.

You are responsible for having the right to use the material you open in our applications, and for how you use it.

Encryption and export control

Fuzzzy Ink performs strong encryption on your device. Laws restricting the use, import or export of encryption software differ by country, and in some places they are strict.

You are responsible for complying with the law that applies where you are. Do not use, export or re-export the application where doing so would be unlawful.

Provided as is

Our applications are provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limits on our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Fuzzy Core LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, for lost profits, or for lost or corrupted data arising out of your use of an application.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Data you keep only on your device

Our applications store their data on your device. We hold no copy and cannot recover anything for you. Deleting an application, resetting a device, or losing a passphrase can destroy that data permanently.

Keep your own backups of anything you cannot afford to lose.

Changes and ending the agreement

We may update an application, change its features, or stop publishing it. We may also update these terms; the date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continuing to use an application after a change means you accept the new terms.

You may end this agreement at any time by uninstalling the application.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Georgia, and the courts of Tbilisi have jurisdiction, except where the law of your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings locally.
