What the app does

Fuzzzy Leaf names a plant from a photo and gives a care card, checks a plant's health from a photo with steps to take, and keeps your plants and their watering and feeding reminders on your phone.

Likely answers, not guarantees

Every name, care tip and health check is an estimate made by AI and can be wrong. Check before treating a plant, especially with chemicals. Pet-safety notes are a guide, not a promise: if a pet may have eaten a plant, call a vet. The app never says whether a plant is safe to eat — never eat a plant because of it.

Plans on iPhone

• Naming and checking plants needs an active plan: weekly (with a 3-day free trial for new subscribers who have not used it) or yearly. Prices are shown in the app before you buy, in your currency.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase.
• A plan renews automatically at the same price unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• When the free trial ends, the weekly plan starts and is charged, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
• Manage or cancel in your App Store account settings (Settings → Manage subscription in the app opens it). Cancelling stops the next renewal; the current period stays active until it ends.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under its rules (https://reportaproblem.apple.com).
• Restore purchases in the app brings back a plan bought with the same Apple ID.

Passes on Android (web)

• In the Android app you can buy a 1-week or 1-year pass on our web page. The price is shown in the app and on the page before you pay. You pay once with PayPal; card payment is temporarily unavailable.
• A pass does not renew and nothing is charged again. When it ends, you can buy another. Buying while a pass is active adds the new time after the current pass.
• There is no free trial for passes.
• Your pass belongs to the app on the phone that bought it. To move it to a new phone, save a recovery code in Settings and enter it on the new phone. Keep the code private: anyone with it can move your passes. Without a code we may not be able to tell which pass is yours.
• For a refund, email contact@fuzzzycore.com within 14 days of buying. A refunded pass stops working.

Fair use

To keep the service working for everyone, each phone can name and check a limited number of plants per day. Do not use the app to send unlawful or harmful content, or try to break, overload or copy the service.

Your content

Your photos stay yours. You let us send them to our server and to Google's Gemini AI only to produce your answer. See the Privacy Policy (https://fuzzzycore.com/leaf/privacy).

Changes and availability

We may change, improve or stop features. If we stop the service, we will say so in the app or on our website in good time. We do not promise the app will always be available or free of errors.

Liability

The app is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions you make based on its answers, for harm to plants, pets or people from following them, or for indirect losses. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.
